Contract Time / Liquidated Damages
Contract Time = 75 days
b. After August 12, 2005 - $1000 per day for any closure of the existing four lanes along MacArthur
Boulevard outside the hours of 9:00 a.m and 3:30 p.m.
c. The crosswalk Unprovement portion must be completed by August 12, 2005.
Lane Closures
a. Continuous closure of one lane of traffic in each direction along MacArthur Boulevard, fi-om May
31, 2005 through August 12, 2005. A lane may be closed 24 hours per day provided all safety
precautions are in place in accordance with the TMUTCD.
4. Relocation of Air Release Valves
Submit For Approval (two copies required)
a. Detailed Progress Schedule
b. List of subcontractors and suppliers
c. Traffic Control Plan
d. Responsible person - name and 24 hour numbers
e. Concrete batch designs
Have In Place
a. All necessary traffic control and warning devices
