Development Fee Assessment ( Revised )
Dear Mr. Griffin:
The final drawings for the site development on the referenced project
differ from those used to calculate the fee assesments.
This letter is our request to recalculate the "Development Fee Worksheet"
based on the current water requirements.
Plans show one-2 inch domestic meter ~s two.
Plans show two-8 inch Fireline Meters, not one 8 and one 10.
Attatched is a marked up copy of the worksheet indicating what we believe
is due.
We have paid on 12/29/97, Fees based to the original worksheet amounting
to $26,417.54.
We have not yet paid the Roadway Impact Fee.
