Dear Mr. James:
The following attachments were picked up by your courier this date:
1. Minutes from the Sandy Lake Co-Ordination Conference held at the
office of Dallas County Public Works on October 10, 1995. Please
review the minutes carefully and advise Dallas County, in
writing, of any topic that does not meet with yourunderstanding
of the discussions.
2. A copy of a plan sheet showing a plot of tope for a possible
storm sewer route that begins at the Elm Fork and ends just east
of the new park access road. This is supplement to the data I
provided you on October 13, 1995. You may call Mike Rapp at
653-7151 if you have questions concerning this plot.
3. Copy of a letter to Ken Griffin dated October 17, 1995,
concerning his review comments of preliminary plans for the
bridge project. Ail of his concerns required investigation on
your part. Please give particular attention to those concerning
the Harrington Bait Shop and those concerning the desire by the
City of Coppell to extend bike lanes and sidewalks to McInnish
Park.
4. Copy of document entitled "RIGHT OF WAY DEED AND PLAT GUIDELINE"
(two pages plus two exhibits). By cover letter dated October 16,
1995, Hr. Shawn Rockenbaugh of Halff Associates provided me
"Advance Copie~" of plats for the parcels at the west end of the
project. These advance copies are of 'some value and we
appreciate having them. However, much more information is needed
before we can formally accept these documents for review. Your

next submittal should indicate that the mentioned guideline has
been followed. In addition, you should address the following
comments:
a. Parcel 27; need to show proposed driveway, bridge, and
retaining wall construction, and show any slope, temporary
or driveway easements.
b. Parcel 28; need to existing driveway and gate at
approximate right of station 66+20 (Farrow tract). Show any
slope, temporary or driveway that may be needed.
c. Parcel 29; need to show existing driveway and gate right of
approximate station 66+20. Show any slope, temporary or
driveway that is needed.
d. Parcel 30; question, is existing access road on a easement
from the school property?
e. General all parcels;
1. Show any slope, temporary or driveway easements that
may be needed.
2. All corners for areas of take, including easements
must be labeled with station and off-set from
centerline.
3. When will corners be set?
