Reset WAD manhole and grout inside.
2'~ FH on east side of buildin~ is dripping.
4'~ FI:I on east side of building is leaking.
Clean drainage for vault at southwest vault or raise vault door.
Need cap cover for Fire Department.
At 2'" vault mark FLV not FHV on pad.
Replace irrigation box to metal meter can on DC.
Need paperwork on 2 vaults tested DDC.
Repair chain on FH northwest of building,
Remove dirt and fi.nh with ground around irrigation DC at 2'" vault.
2'" FH north of building paint valve stack lid red and clean valve stack of dirt and
l~p~r c. bain?
