Box 110535 Carrollton, Texas 75011-0535 Re: Sandy Lake Road -- Project No. 91-838 (Coppell City Limits to Dallas/Carrollton City Limits) Pedestrian and Bicycle Access to Mclnnish Park Dear Mr. Tumulty: The City of Coppell is proposing to reimburse the County so that sidewalks may be constructed from the Elm Fork Bridge to Mclnnish Park. Additionally, bike lanes will be provided across the bridge. Coppell would like to know what provisions are planned for pedestrians and cyclists within the park.
