First Baptist Church Addition
After fmlher review of the engineering department's fee assessment files, it has come lo my
attention that the First Baptist Church Addition was incolTeetly assessed fees for ~ additional water
meter connection. Their current building already has a 2" domestic water ~'aeter connection and they
will be relocating the service line Wqh a new 2" water meter therefore, no additional impact fees are
req~tired.
A reimbursement total of $448000 is due for the following fees:
Water Impact Fee - $2240.00
Wastewater Impact Fee - $2240.00
The church will not be required ¢.o pay the Domestic Watcr Meter Deposit Fee of $30.00. I have
prepared a revised fee assessment that will not show this charge.
