Consulting Engineers 11615 Forest Central Dr. #204 Dallas, Texas 75243 Re: Sandy Lake Project 91-838 (Coppell E. City Limits to Dallas City Limit) Right of Way Document Preparation Dear Mr. James: Reference is made to the minutes from the conference of August 14, 1995, concerning status of preparing right of way documents. Specifically refer to page two, Bridge Section, topic Cl. During the subsequent conference of August 28, 1995, I indicated that we would soon (no later than September 5, 1995) give you an official answer. This is your official instruction to utilize 4:1 slopes instead of 3:1 slopes previously shown on the plans. Please complete the right of way documents, including a possible drainage easement for the storm sewer outfall, from Kimley Horn's project, discussed during the meeting of August 28, 1995, and submit the right of way documents to this office for review prior to September 13, 1995. Additionally, we are providing you a copy of a document entitled "RIGHT OF WAY DEED AND PLAT GUIDELINE" (two pages plus tWo exhibits) prepared by Dallas County that will be of help to you in completing the right of way documents. As always you may call me at 653-6423 if you have questions concerning the above or any other feature of the project. Sincerely, Irvin S. Griffin, P'.VE. All improvements, i.e., houses (include address), stores (include address), fences, garages, out-buildings, business signs, drawn to scale and dimensioned distance from the proposed R-O-W. 7. The proposed should be a bolder line. 8. All R-O-W documents and drawings must be signed, sealed and dated. 9. If there are more than one page of field notes, they should be numbered (Page 1 of .,). RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED AND PLAT GUIDELINE 10. All parcel plats, if possible, are to be drawn on 8~" x 11" paper, at a scale of 1" = 10'. Smaller scales are not acceptable, unless approved in advance. 11.
