Water/Sewer Walk-thru Punch List for Craftmade
A walk thru was conducted on 12/5/95 for the above referenced
project. The following items were found to be deficient.
Ail three stacks in median at tie in needs to be
straighten, cleaned, and concrete pads repoured.
Check the flows on the internal fire hydrants on
private property, seems to be flowing slow.
Repair existing fire hydrant valve stack.
Please ensure that these items are corrected prior to final
acceptance and contact me if you need any additional information.
