A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were identified:
1. North driveway approach -- curb returns need to be
sealed.
2. North side of North Driveway -- second saw joint in
from curb return, saw joint with backer rod needs
sealed.
3. Storm drop inlets from south to north 1, 3, 4 -- clean
out dirt in drop inlets.
4. No. 5 drop inlet -- remove tree from atop drop inlet
and grade around clean out if needed. Cannot see
inside drop inlet.
