Adjustment
The MEPC Development added a 2" Domestic meter which was not shown on the original
plans, therefore, impact fees will increase in the amount of $7,200.00. Fees for water will
be $3,600.00 and sewer $3,600.00. All other fees have been paid except for Utility Final
Inspection fee which will be $50.00.
