Sandy Lake Road Professional Services Agreement changes
During the course of the design of Sandy Lake Road there have been some modifications to
the Scope of Services.

are itemized as 1 through 6 on Profession Service Agreement g3:
This was a deleting of 1 public meeting.
There were additional easements required than what was originally thought.
The staking of the property comers were assumed to be "per parcel" but the contract
was actually written "per property comer".
This was a survey requested to re-verify exiting conditions prior to the start of
construction because the original survey had taken place in 1994 and n-merons
developments along Sandy Lake had taken place since that time.
This was a request to survey the Ashton Ridge scre~ning wall to insure that it was
not in conflict with proposed Sandy Lake Road construction.
This was a special public meeting with exhibits concerning TU Electric trannmi~on
lines in 1994. Verbal approval was given but no official paperwork was processed at
that time.
