The Corps of Engineers has completed the hydrologic and
hydraulic review of the Sandy Lake Road Bridge Hydraulic Study,
as prepared by Halff Associates, Inc., for adherence to the
Corridor Development Certificate criteria.
The project as represented meets the criteria set forth in
the Corridor Development Certificate manual.
