Dear Mr. Morriss:
The City of Coppell is currently under contract for improvements to Sandy
Lake Road. These improvements will necessitate lowering the existing Dallas
Water Utilities (DWU) 30" water line in a number of locations. We are
arranging for a meeting to discuss any issues possibly associated with these
lowerings. Our goal is to identify and minimize adverse affects upon DWU,
the Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD), the Town of Flower
Mound, and CoppeH. Specific topics of discussion will include construction
sequencing, scheduling, and impact on water supply. Representatives from
Coppell, UTRWD, the Town of Flower Mound, and the Contractor will also
attend. This meeting is tentatively scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April
1'~ at Coppell City Hall, 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please let me know if you will be able to attend on this date. If you are unable
to attend, then I would appreciate an April calendar indicating dates a~t times
that you are available.
