The City's storm drain contractor recently completed the ~
south side of Sandy Lake Road between Sugarberry and Mockingbird. During this portion ~f the
construction, the contractor placed dirt against some sections of fences. The contractor was
instructed to stop work and remove the dirt from all fences. Immediately after removing the dirt,
fence sections were evaluated by the contractor's job coordinator and myself. During the
evaluation, your section of fence was identified as one that may have been damaged.
Ed Bell Construction Co., the City's contractor has been directed to have someone contact you
for the purpose of inspecting your fence and making any needed repairs. Your fence, if
damaged, will be returned to as good condition as existed prior to the start of this project. The
City of Coppell videotaped fences prior to the start of construction in case any problems

south side of Sandy Lake Road between Sugarberry and Mockingbird. During this portion of the
