I am mespop~tng to your letter of July 28, 1992, concerning the p~uposed
at-g~'ade czossing of DART owned Cottonbelt ~.~'~l'~oad. In ~ letter the
responsibility of the u£ussing would be with the City of Coppell through a
license agreement with ~ART. As we discussed the license ag~t~t will
r~quire, in part, the City of Cup, ell to construct and maintain the crossing
and to construct a grade separation crossin~ when requested by ~A~.
In discussion with Mr. C~y Sieb, Director of Planning & C~,,',unity Services,
City of Cup, ell, the City of Coppell ~z~ld not enter into a license a~ment
with ~ containing the conditions outlined.
