I contacted you by letter on August 6~ requesting that repairs be made under the existing maintenance
bond for the referenced project. Your company as of today's date has taken no action. According to
the maintenance bond covering this work, the deficiencies must be corrected in a timely manner and in
accordance with City of Coppell inspection standards.
If no action is taken within 10 days of this correspondence, copies of this letter and the previous notices
will go to Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company, the company that issued the bond.
