Walk-thru Freeport Parkway R~onst~ction 12/4/01
1. Need pad at curb stop valve stake - all 5.
2. All irrigation DC's need plugs - aH 5.
3. All irrigation DC's to be tested after meters are iu~tnlled.
4. No meter at this time - cannot check for leak.
5. Clean meter cans to bypass cutoff.
6. Need irrigation valve stack lid on 2~ meter from Bethel Rd.
7. Clean FIt valve stack so can get on valve at Minyard and mark curb in red.
8. Mark aH MLV in blue on curb and paint lids on valve stacks blue.
9. Mark IRR on curb in blue at aH meter cans.
10. Mark Mit in red on curb at aH sewer manholes.
11. Clean manhole at Fritz of trash in bottom.
12. Irrigation cann at Gateway raise to curb height.
13. Storm drainage manhole at Freeport and Southwestern southeast corner reset top.
14. Sewer manhole at RR regrout inside at top.
