A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 1/24197
and thc items below were found to be deficient.
1. Locate Fire Hydrant valve 3rd fire hydrant from Freeport,
Install Fire Hydrant buttons on all fire hydrants,
3. Fire hydrant needs barrell gasket replaced on 2nd fire'hydrant from
Freeport on Cotton,
4, Tighten bottom band on chimney seal in manhole on Cotton.
Locate all valves that are covered on Cotton and Gateway and raise to grade,
6. Repair Bilco lid on domestic meter vault on Gateway,
?, Grade dirt back away from fire hydrant,
