Walk-thru Dividend Dr. (liD)
1. Locate (MLV) at Freeport & Dividend Dr.
2. Paint all MLV in blue on curb.
3. l~ai~e valve to 4' from top of ground (with valve extn.).
4. Place blue buttons in street at all F.H.
5. Paint on curb (F.H.) & (FHV) in red.
6. Paint all (FH) valve stack llds red.
7. Paint all (ML~ valve stack lids blue.
8. ~ fh-e plug leaking at base.
9. Second and third F.H. need new pad.
10. MLV stub off & replace pad.
11. Clean out dirt in valve stack to work valve.
12. Place dirt under valve pad at last F.H. & MLV.
13. F1est manhole missing ehlmney seal.
14. Mark all manholes with (MH) on curb in red.
1S. Replace rain pan in last manhole.
16. Clean dirt around last manhole.
