MLV-need pad on valve stack east side of building.
Dom. & Irrig. Need ball valve plugs on DC 2'.
Irrig. - DC 2" need ball valves turned up.
Vault - need ball valve plugs large & small (2 vaults) inside.
Need vault blocking under wheel valve (2 vaults) inside.
Pains all MLV blue.
Paint all FII & FHV red on curb.
HI valve N.E. of building needs 3' extn.
MLV valve N.E. of building needs 3' extn.
Replace F.H. chain mla~ing on 3 F.H.
Need to replace broken valve stack pad S.W. of buildln5 on F.H. & MLV.
Vault needs ground around it lowered for drainage.
DOM. Meter loop (bypass open at this time) close bypass.
Mark in red MH on curb for manhole.
Locate sewer cleanout from bulldln~ to main.
