Dear Mr. Allison:
Reference your letter dated November 3, 1998, we concur that we should meet in the first quarter
of 1999, to discuss your proposed construction sequencing for the DWU 30" water lowering. Of
paxamount concern is the supply of water to Flower Mound.
We are awaiting your advise on when we could meet, along with the City of Flower Mound
and the Upper Trinity Regional Water District, as you have suggested. We anticipate
representations for our Water Distribution operation's group as well as from 'the City of Dallas'
Wholesale Services Division.
We' understand that at this time Ed Bell Construction has installed the majority of storm pipes.
However, TU Electric has yet to dear a good number of their power poles in the entire limit of
