Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Both vaults need valve plug. Need hasp lock on vault doors.
Need test for doublecheck - no paperwork on file.
2. Need concrete pad on third fire hydrant.
3. Check with Fire Marshall about obstruction on fire hydrant on
back of property.
Need four extensions for 4 valves to bring up to grade on east
side of building.
Need hasp lock on fire box.
Meter can needs to be raised and need doublecheck test on the
irrigation.
7. Valve on north side of building needs to be raised.
