Valve to vault not in working order.
Cut dirt down around 2 vaults for drainage.
Vaults need lock latch on top door 2 vaults.
2 DC's in vault & DC on 2 domestic & 1 irrigation need plugs.
Need test paper work on all DC's 2 vaults 8", 2 dom. 2", 1 irrig. 2".
Inside vaults need blocking under valves.
Inside vaults needs to be graded around pipes to vault.
Need blue buttons on street for all FH.
Cut 24" X 24" around all valves in concrete & seal cuts.
East side of building MLV not working, cannot turn on or off.
F'we Dept. FDC needs caps.
Turn FH toward street (FH at entrance to building).
Paint MLV in front of building blue (its red at this time).
Vaults must be dry inside--cannot check for leaks with water over pipes.
Repair broken vault door on east side of building.
Plans call for one 3" domestic meter not two 2" meters. Check with Glenn liollowell,
Assistant Director of Public Works, at Deforest Service Center, for up-charges for
change.
Mark on curb in red WAD.
Paint manholes and WAD lid red.
WAD needs rain pan.
Clean meter can and DC can below fitting to cheek for leaks.
