As you can see from the attached notices, the City of Coppell has attempted to contact you
regarding necessary repairs since July 2005 An inspection of the referenced project was conducted
by representatives of the City of Coppell prior to the expiration of the two -year Maintenance Bond
and there are repairs that still need to be addressed
1 The street cuts are coming apart. They need to be re -cut and patched in several places
Our notices were sent in a timely manner before the maintenance bond was due to expire, but our
requests have gone unanswered. This repair issue is becoming a safety hazard to motorists Please
contact me at 972 -304 -7090 to inform me when your crew will be on the project to correct the
deficiencies
