Need valve extension on 12" main line City valve.
Need paperwork on 2 - 2" DC and 2~ vault tested.
Vault on south side of building full of water; cannot see blocking and plugs. Must be
dry to inspect.
Letter from landscaper will not cover water valves; okay on manholes.
One valve missing on fire line to building.
Mark MLV in blue on curb to north vault valve.
CO sewer needs to be reset, clean inside, and raise to grade.
