Central Expressway, Suite M 1150 Dallas, Texas 75206 Subject: Request for Proposal - Beltline Road Timing Plans CMAQ Project #75 Dear Mr. Goode: Dallas County was informed by the City of Dallas on Thursday, August 14, 1997, that the City of Coppell desires to modify the scope of services of CMAQ Project 75. The requested scope would include the following under the Fine Tuning section of the Contract: The Engineer shall provided detailed documentation of the timing parameters used to implement the timing plans developed from the generic timing plans. This documentation will include the timing data entered into the city of Coppell's traffic signal controllers. This information will be provided on timing entry forms provided by the city of Coppell. Two - copies of these completed forms will be provided to the County. The County will provide one copy to the city of Coppell and retain one copy for the County's records. You are directed to prepare a fee proposal to add this scope to that currently included in the Dallas County Consulting Engineers Contract executed November 5, 1996, for CMAQ Project No. 75. Provide your fee adjustment proposal to the CMAQ Program Office no later than the close of business August 22, 1997. Please include in your fee proposal letter any proposed schedule adjustments. It is our understanding that the Chy will be responsible for the 20~ local match for only those locations which are not funded by the Dallas County Bond Program or TxDOT. Using this criteria, only 2 locations, llelt Line at Airline and Belt Line nv T~1~eshore fall into this category.
