Dear Mr. Goode:
Dallas County was informed by the City of Dallas on Thursday, August 14, 1997, that the City of

The Engineer shall provided detailed documentation of the timing parameters used to
implement the timing plans developed from the generic timing plans. This documentation
will include the timing data entered into the city of Coppell's traffic signal controllers. This
information will be provided on timing entry forms provided by the city of Coppell. Two -
copies of these completed forms will be provided to the County. The County will provide
one copy to the city of Coppell and retain one copy for the County's records.
You are directed to prepare a fee proposal to add this scope to that currently included in the Dallas

your fee adjustment proposal to the CMAQ Program Office no later than the close of business August
