Plan show low density single-family
ANALYSIS:
Because of the concerns staff has with the PD-122 proposal
which this plat reflects, we must recommend that this
request be denied at the present time. Once the zoning
application has been properly submitted - end assuming it
suggests single-family useage staff would
enthusiastically support a plat of similar development
potential.
