Dear Mr. Dudley:
Regarding our recent conversation whereby you were verbally instructed by
Steve Goram of the City of Coppell to tie the proposed 8" water main to the
existing 8" water main along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, instead of
tapping the 16" on the north side. We have no objections, provided there
is an eight inch main on the south aide and you get Mr. Goram to write you
a letter stating the eight inch main is to be used instead of the sixteen
inch as shown on the plans.
No work shall be done on this tie-in until the above information is provided.
