Sanitary Sewer Line on Freeport Parkway South @ Gateway Park
and Damage to Water/Wastewater System Components in Right-
of-Way
Dear Mr. Acker:
A letter was sent to John Giannopoulos on January 6, 1994
regarding the sanitary sewer video that was completed by the city
in November 1993. This letter indicated deficiencies in the
sanitary sewer line that should be corrected. To date no
correspondence in response to this letter has been received.
Additionally, the irrigation contractor (Axxon)that installed
the irrigation system on Freeport Parkway damaged several
manholes and v~D~ve stacks in the right-of-way. These items will
need to be ~rre~ d and inspected by our Department.
