Dear Tony:
The City of Coppell has requested assistance from Sverdrup Civil, Inc. in preparing
controller time sheets based on the generic output provided to them last week. In order to
accommodate this request, it will be necessary to move some of the money from the "Final
Travel Time Runs" Special Service.
As you and I discussed by phone, we anticipate that the translation of the generic output to
controller time sheets will cost $1,500.00. This would leave $899.00 for the "Final Travel
Time Runs" Special Service. The budget that remains for the Final Travel Time Runs is
sufficient to do only one travel time run per period per direction. Please advise me as soon
as possible whether to proceed with the revision to the scope discussed above.
