2nd Follow-Up Walk-Through on Gibbs Station
Phase II
Utilities personnel performed a 2nd follow-up walk-thru on the
above referenced project and found the following items to be
deficient at this time.
* Once the wall and sidewalk contractor have completed
their projects, it will be necessary to insure that all
water and sanitary sewer components are at grade and
operational.
Please insure that these items are addressed prior to acceptance
of this project.

Follow-Up Walk-Through on Gibbs Station
Utilities personnel performed a follow-up walk-through on the above referenced project and
the following items remain deficient:
/a~l.~'q."~-'Manhole at STA//12 + 90.31 Line B - Bottom band on chimney seal needs
tightened. Also needs a rain pan.
C~,c2~/5/<~, Sta #1 + 63.70 - Manhole chimney seal needs reset and dirt cleaned out of
'bottom. Set chimney seal after grouting in and outside of ring.
~3~)~ STA gO + 00 Ln B - Remove bucket inside manhole - tighten bottom band.
7 4. Valves in pavement at Gibbs Crossing and Village Parkway need 2' x 2'
blockouts, not street cuts. Repair at both ends of street.
~x.~5~. Lots 1- 4 Block D - Dirt contractor needs to he brought back to repair existing
