Progress Review Meeting 5

Discussion of Project Status:
Mr. Tramel asked what the status of the projects was, and When draft timing plans could be
expected.
Mr. Wyndham expalined that draft timing plans would be delivered between this meeting
and the next meeting.
Discussion of Late Evening Timing Plan:
Mr. Wyndham explained that Sverdrup had compared the tube counts in the aftemoon off-
peak period (2:00 to 3:00 PM) to the tube counts in the late evening (7:00 to 8:00 PM). The
late evening counts were generally 90 percent of the afternoon off-peak counts. Mr.
Wyndham suggested that one timing plan could potentially be used for both periods, as long
as the timing plan is developed to handle the afternoon off-peak traffic.
Ms. Mullins suggested that a timing plan similar to the off-peak timing plan be developed
for the late evening, but that the late evening timing plan be fine tuned for that period's
traffic.

Discussion of Traffic Volume and Geometry_ Figures:
Mr. Wyndham indicated that the traffic volume figures and geometry figures would be
delivered soon.
Discussion of Comments on Technical Memoranda:
Mr. Tramel transmitted the Consolidated Design Review Comments to Mr. Wyndham, and
handed copies of the comments to Mr. Patel and Ms. Mullins. Mr. Tramel briefly went
through the comments and asked that Sverdrup review them and respond with one of the
provided action codes:
· A - Agree, Designer will comply
· C - Disagree, Designer and Reviewer Resolution Required
· D - Delete, Reviewer Withdraws Comment
· E - Exception, Resolution Required
· N/A - Not Applicable
Mr. Wyndham indicated that he would respond as soon as possible on the various items.
