Thank you for adcL~ssing my questions this morning regarding the separation of meAi~n and
parkway irrigation sysmms ar Gateway Business Park, The plan review comments we received
from the City of CoppeU request us to "separate the raedian irrigation controllers from the
parkway system".
In response to my questions this morning, you mentioned that you would p~fcr that the
separation of the systems include separate metering for thc median irrigation as well.
We are relaying this issue to our client, Catellus Development Corporation, today. In the
meantime, we would like to request that the separation of the systems be limited to the
con, rollers only, and that the irrigation metering remain as it is current reflected on the plans,
serving both the medians and parkways. If the City requires that the separation extend to include
me,ers also, wc wonld like to respectfully request that any additional impact fees associated with
We wilt contact you regarding this mauer as soon as we have spoken with our client.
