The City of Coppell has recently released the constxuction plans for Gibbs Station Phase II.
However, the City has voiced concern for quite some time about the existing Municipal Utility
District's sewer line along the southern portion of a section of Gibbs Station Phase II. We have
been in contact with the developer and with the Municipal Utility District to try to pers, mae them
to replace the sewer line. At this time, a resolution to that problem has not yet been arrived at
to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Therefore, I am writing this memo to you to request
that no building permits be issued on Lots 14-19, Block A Gibbs Station Phase H until further
notice.
