Dear Mr. Acker:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been conformed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements. As of this date, permits can be
issued to start construction.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received
from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the
date of this letter (April 26, 1991).
