5. t~ Note: STB out under drive 5+67 on plans.
6. ~/Locate 1 valve S.E. of building.
7. c~"'Replace lid on water valve STB out S.W. of building.
8. ~ Mark aH F.H.V. in red on curb two F.H.
9. ~/F.H. on S.W. side of building turn to face south & remove plastic from bottom.
10. ~/Need 3' extension on F.H. valve N.W. of building.
11. "~eed 3' extension on STB to N.W. of building 1a valve past vault.
12. Paper work on DC in 2 vaults.

14. xfClean meter can inside below lower fittings.
15. ~ Cut down around vault N.W. of building for drainage.
