Proposed Control Area - CMAQ Project 75
Dear Mr. Patel:
Attached, please find Technical Memorandums regarding the Proposed Control Area for
CMAQ Project 75 submitted by Sverdrup Civil, Inc. The PM/E staff has reviewed the
documents for format and completeness and that they are ready for review by the affected
governmental agencies. Review comment forms are provided, for your use.
To assure that all comments can be coordinated through this office, for submittal to the
designer, review comments must be returned to this office no later than May 5, 1997. A
consolidated list will be prepared, by this office, no later than May 8, 1997 and submitted to
the designer on May 9, 1997. The designer will be given one week to formulate their
responses to the comments and a meeting will be held to disposition all comments on April 16,
1997. Please schedule a representative to attend this meeting. All review comments will be
dispositioned at that meeting and direction provided to the designer to complete the
intermediate design.
