regards to his concerns with the present confusion of State PID legis-
lation. As you can see with the letter, the City Council is giving
you complete authorization to proceed on with the legislation clarifi-
cations needed. Councilman Tom Morton will be bringing this letter to
you on Thursday, April 25, under council direction.
