Walk-thru Jack In the Box
1. Mark MLV in blue on curb - all.
2. Lock latch on vault.
3. Ball valves in vault need plug small and large.
4. Mark STB on pad in blue.
5. Note: STB out under drive 5+ 67 on plans.
6. Locate 1 valve S.E. of building.
7. Replace lid on water valve STB out S.W. of building.
8. Mark all F.H.V. in red on curb two F.H.
9. F.H. on S.W. side of building turn to face south & remove plastic from bottom.
10. Need 3' extension on F.H. valve N.W. of building.
11. Need 3' extension on STB to N.W. of building 1st valve past vault.
12. Paper work on DC in 2 vaults.
13. Paper work on DC in Irr. Box.
14. Clean meter can inside below lower fittings.
15. Cut down around vault N.W. of building for drainage.
16. Raise manhole to ground high 1s~ manhole south of building.
17. Mark in red on curb all manholes M.H.
18. 2''d manhole from building need to grout pipe inside.
