Per your request, a draft copy of the above referenced letter, from
you to Mr. Pat Acker, has been sent to Larry Jackson, City
Attorney, for review and comment. (See attached) As of this date,
I have not received any comments from Larry. I will call him as a
follow-up in this regard.
I will provide you with the revised version of the letter, should
Larry Jackson make any comments. Otherwise, the letter will be
finalized for your signature.
