We approved plans for rebuilding Gateway Boulevard/Cotton Street
within the right of way of IH 635 with our letter of June 26, 1990,
(copy attached).
The State is satisfied with the work done on our right of way and
offer no objections to releasing your contractor from further
responsibility.
