Waterline Refund Request
(Tickler 12/18/90)
On December 17, 1990, per telephone conference among Sanford Case
of Ginn, Inc., you, and myself, we discussed the above referenced
request in detail. As per Ginn's recommendation, the above project
is not effected by the impact fee ordinance.
It is also myunderstanding that per our subdivision ordinance, the
reimbursable amount as it relates to oversised waterline, is
basically $7.00 per linear foot. Please note that, as requested by
Larry Jackson, we will discuss and review this issue with him on
Friday, January4, 1991 after meeting with Larry concerning another
matter.
Pat Acker of A. H. Halff, on behalf of his client, is requesting
that City give his client credit for street sign and light fees due
prior to Gateway Boulevard opening once a final walk-through has
been conducted. As you know, Pat is requesting that the City
reimburse Catellus Development Corporation in the amount of
$118,800.46. However, according to our consultant, Ginn, Inc., the
reimbursable amount is only $18,641.00.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
