Waterline Refund Request

Mr. Larry Jackson was contacted on this date bytelephone regarding
the refund request for the installation of the waterline in Gateway
Business Park. Mr. Jackson indicated he had written a response to
the refund request and was forthcoming to the Engineering
Department.
Mr. Jackson also requested a meeting with City Staff prior to a
final decision being made on the refund request.
We are anticipating Mr. Jackson's written response byNovember 30,
1990 and respectively request an extension to December 5, 1990,
unless otherwise directed.
