3. Main line valve to vault needs 3' ext.
4. Paint valve stack lids to fire hydrant red
5. Paint main line valve lids blue
6. Mark FI-IV on curb in red at fire hydrant valves
7. Fire hydrants need blue street markers
8. Two ma~oles need rain pans and chimney seals
9. Mark MH on curb in red at manholes
l 0. Paint manhole lids red
l 1. Paint WAD in red on curb and WAD lids red
12. WAD needs cap on pipe under manhole lid
13. Replace pad at broken sewer clean out
14. Clean sewer line; broken sewer pipe in bottom of clean out
15. Sewer clean outs need to be g~outed around and pipe in bottom
16. Paint sewer clean out lids red

2. Clean mud and rock off approach off Hwy. 121.
3. Repair broken curb on Forest Hill.
4. Install No Left Turn sign for turn 1
DRAINAGE:
Metal ring on storm drain junction box broken,
Concrete ring on same box broken.
