Dear Ms. La Mattina:
This letter is to notify you that the enclosed Construction Plans have been revised in
accordance with your November 3, 2005, Review Memorandum. The following items
have been addressed as per the referenced review:
WATER & SANITARY SEWER PLAN COMMENTS
· Include existing and proposed utility crossings in the sanitary sewer profile. Verify
that required spacing is met. Include encasement if deemed necessary.
Response: Existing utility crossings shown on sanitary sewer profile.
A 6" valve should be added to Detail 1 between the fire hydrant and the tee as
indicated on the mark-ups. Update the call-outs on sheets C4.1 and C4.2 to reflect
the modification.
Response: 6" valve added to detail between the fire hydrant as shown on the
markups. Call-outs have been updated to reflect the modification.
FUTURE DRAINAGE PLAN COMMENTS
This department is not yet in receipt of the modifications to the future Bethel Road
plans, which you requested of TranSystems. Provide a copy of the proposed
modifications and ensure that they are incorporated into this drawing set.
Response: A copy of the future Bethel Road plans by TranSystems will be
sent to the department in the next few days. Pacheco Koch has coordinated
the future Freeport XIV and XV drainage plans with the future Bethel Road
plans by TranSystems.
