Final Walk-Through on Grand Cove Estates
A final walk-thru was conducted on the above referenced project
this morning and the following items were found to be deficient.
Mainline water valve at Bethel School and Wales Ct.
needs an extension.
Fire hydrant at Lot 17 needs a 2" rubber gasket on left
side 21/2" cap.
At Lot 17 the mainline valve and fire hydrant valve
need extensions.
2" blowoff in Cul-de-sac needs bronze 90' ell instead
of galvanized.
Please have contractor advise as to when a follow-up walk-thru
can be conducted.
