A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 6/17/96
and the items below were found to be deficient.

Sra. 41 + 98.17 M.H. ring need grout, needs bolts on lid. Replace gasket on lid.
Sm. 41 + 01.78 M.H. needs fill dirt from curb to fence.
Reliable Pool supply needs meter cans replaced and raised. Fill hole with dirt.
Northlake creative center needs t'dl dirt in holes and meter raised.
Sra. 12 + 96.58 M.H. needs raised to curb level chimney seal installed incorrectly.
Clean new line from Airline Dr. to Bethel Rd. removing mud and solids.
Install manhole lid on manhole at Railroad crossing in channel.
