1. $~ond mo~hol~ needs a bottom ~ at the entrance way on Fairway.
2. T'mhten bottom ~ on all manholes.
3. Make sure all manholes are clean of stoom~e.
4. Ge~ with Garreth to final out where the Dsllas 30" llne was taooed.
5. Valve in fr0n~ of vault needs to be strai~.htened and a nad noured around it.
6. First valve west of vault needs extension.
7. Vault ne~d~ to be drained: locks need to be on blockine under wheel valve: needs
~,routin~ lid needs to be f'txed.
8. Ball valve needs nlu~s.
9. Irriaation meter needs a curb stou and shut-off valves on each side of meter.
10. Doublecbe~k needs cam.
11. Mark hydrant and main llne valve with stencil markine.
12. Fire hydran~ valve in front of buildine 9 needs to be straightened.
13. Can't get on MW valve~ in front of dummter.
14. Valve doesn't work in front of buildinl~ 14 (valve has blue X).
15. Valve on ~0uthwest comer of buildine 21 does not work ~has blue X~.
16. Fire hvdrant valve strai~.hten valve stack on southwest comer of buildin~ 6.
