Dear Mr. McWilliams:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with
a copy of the Development Fee calculations for four additional irrigation meters.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $14,400.00 and forward to
the Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. Please refer to
the fee table summary for a breakdown of all costs due to these irrigation meters.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to
verify the payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We
