Remarks:
As discussed, I would like for all of us to meet in the field tomorrow at 10:30 AM at
the comer of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road, in Coppell. Attached is a
proposed timing for the automatic road tube counts, the manual turning movement
counts and the travel time runs. Please let me know as soon as possible if these times
are not possible from a man-power standpoint or if they coincide with holidays,
Teacher Inservice days, etc.
